I had a fabulous experience buying my (new to me) 2016 Maxda CX-5 SUV at this dealership. Honestly, Bryan Santos Maya (who helped me), the Sales Manager Jeff, front desk staff and others could not have been kinder or more customer-oriented. There's a culture of caring at Walser dealerships, and I can honestly say I was (and will continue to be) the recipient of that kindness in the years ahead. This is a highly recommended dealership for both new and quality, used cars. and no one asked me write up this recommendation. It was just a really fun car--buying adventure -- for a vehicle I'd already identified online and wanted to test drive. By the way, the service people I've already talked to on the phone have also been very helpful.

My car had broken down and I needed a new one asap. Walked into Walser Honda, no appointment, and was immediately helped by Chad. He showed me the car i'd seen online, answered every question I had, and never made me feel obligated to make a decision on the spot. Our overall experience at Walser Honda was excellent. I want to give it a five-star review, but I can't. When we bought our 2022 Honda Pilot they only had one key fob. This dealer's policy is only one fob per used vehicle. Of course, I can pay for another fob, but I know a Honda dealer could do it for pennies on the dollar. Other than that, it was a very positive experience. The salesman and staff were patient and knowledgeable. I love the 'no negotiation' business model and will probably return. However, for this go-round, I am rating it Four Stars.

This review is more for the Service Center than the dealership, but I've been coming here for a few years now and the staff is always so friendly, helpful, and never makes me feel stupid for asking questions. I actually come to this dealership for my services rather than the other Honda dealership near me because this one is a lot more helpful.
